    Master Marketing Foodservice is seeking an energetic and motivated Territory Manager to join our expanding sales team in the Raleigh-Durham market. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to build a rewarding career in a dynamic industry.

    While experience in the foodservice industry is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for individuals with strong relationship-building skills, a passion for sales, and the desire to learn. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

    What You'll Do

    Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout your assigned territory.

    Identify new business opportunities and generate sales growth.

    Meet with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

    Conduct product presentations and training sessions with the support of our manufacturer partners.

    Manage a pipeline of opportunities and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

    Collaborate with internal team members and manufacturer representatives to support customer needs.

    Attend industry events, customer meetings, and company training programs.

    Consistently work toward achieving sales goals and territory objectives.

    What We're Looking For

    2+ years of outside sales experience or a proven track record in customer-facing roles.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.

    Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

    Ability to build trust and develop long-term customer relationships.

    Comfortable working independently while managing a designated territory.

    Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.

    Recent college graduates with strong leadership and internship experience
