    Position Overview

    SoftWash Hawaii is seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to develop, grow, and manage a defined territory on Oʻahu

    This is not an entry-level sales position.

    This is not a role for someone waiting to be handed opportunities.

    We are seeking a professional who can:

    Build relationships

    Develop referral networks

    Generate opportunities]

    Manage a sales pipeline

    Conduct property evaluations

    Present recommendations

    Consistently convert opportunities into revenue

    The company provides training, systems, marketing support, operational support, and proven service offerings.

    In return, Territory Managers are expected to demonstrate ownership, accountability, professionalism, and measurable results.

    This position is designed for experienced sales professionals who are confident in their ability to create opportunities and close business.

    $80,000–$170,000+ Annual Earning Potential

    What You Will Do

    Conduct Property Evaluations

    Meet with residential and commercial clients

    Evaluate roofing systems, gutters, siding, solar panels, windows, walkways, and exterior surfaces

    Identify conditions affecting asset longevity and appearance]

    Document observations through photographs and notes

    Develop Recommendations

    Create customized maintenance recommendations

    Present proposals professionally

    Educate clients on preventative maintenance strategies

    Help clients make informed decisions regarding property care

    Manage Sales Activities

    Follow up on inbound opportunities

    Conduct outbound prospecting

    Develop strategic relationships

    Build referral networks

    Maintain CRM records

    Schedule appointments

    Manage pipeline opportunities

    Track performance metrics

    Build Long-Term Relationships You will regularly interact with:

    Weekly Performance Reviews

    All Territory Managers participate in weekly sales reviews.

    These reviews focus on:

    Opportunities created

    Opportunities closed

    Revenue generated

    Pipeline health

    Forecasted revenue

    Follow-up activity

    Professional development

    The purpose is to provide coaching, remove obstacles, and support success.

    Accountability & Performance Management

    SoftWash Hawaii believes in providing clear expectations, regular coaching, and measurable performance standards.

    All Territory Managers participate in weekly sales reviews and monthly performance reviews.

    These reviews are designed to provide coaching, identify obstacles, support professional growth, and ensure alignment with company expectations.

    Employees who fail to maintain established performance standards will receive coaching, performance feedback, and additional support when appropriate.

    However, sustained failure to meet minimum performance expectations will likely result in corrective action up to and including termination of employment.

    The company reserves the right to determine the appropriate corrective action based on performance trends, individual circumstances, business needs, and other relevant factors.

    While legitimate circumstances may occasionally affect performance, Territory Managers who consistently fail to meet established expectations will likely not remain in the position.

    Required Qualifications

    Must currently reside on Oahu

    Minimum 3 years of consultative sales experience

    Proven closing experience

    Demonstrated history of achieving revenue goals

    Self-managed and accountable

    Strong communication skills

    Professional appearance and demeanor

    Ability to work independently

    Reliable transportation

    Valid Hawaii Driver’s License

    Clean driver’s abstract

    Basic computer and CRM proficiency

    Ability to pass a third-party background check
