Title: Territory Manager - Surgical Implants.
Company: Strongest regional distributor of surgical implants in the greater New York area, trusted brand of craniomaxillofacial and thoracic devices.
Territory: Manhattan and Brooklyn only.
Responsibilities:
- Lead new business development by identifying and converting surgeons to use assigned implants in their surgeries
- Participate in surgical cases in the operating room and with Surgeon relationships
- Utilize associate sales support to manage existing clients and cover surgical cases
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Identify sales opportunities with existing and new clients
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, supporting surgeries, and providing excellent customer service
- Occasional attendance to networking events, surgeon education and training events, and client entertainment events
Requirements:
- 2+ years prior experience in sales in B2B or surgical cardiac, thoracic, or trauma
- Must have documented performance accomplishments
- Must have flexibility to be available for scheduled procedures or short notice for emergency cases
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales target
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to quickly learn and understand product knowledge
Compensation: First year expected total earnings $100k-$130k, with monthly payouts to this total earnings, even before commissions are earned.
Second year expected total earnings can be $150K+ based on productivity. This is a full time job, at a 1099 or W2 structure of your choosing.
