Company: A leading full-service dental lab specializing in Crown & Bridge, Implants, Restorations, Partials, Clear Aligners and Orthodontic Appliances, committed to providing the highest standard of quality for restorative and aesthetic dental prosthesis.
Description:
- Maintain, present, promote, and sell dental prosthetics to existing and prospective customers
- Call on and convert company provided customer leads and generate new leads through prospecting and cold calling
- Maintain a high level of customer service and coordinate with the lab to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed agreed upon sales quotas
- Coordinate sales efforts with sales team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer transitioning and satisfaction
- Use CRM and case management software to report on sales activities, pipelines, customer needs, issues, and potential opportunities
- Continuously improve through feedback and training
Requirements:
- Dental, Medical or B2B sales experience
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record
- Excellent selling / closing, negotiation, relationship building, and communication skills
- Efficient in territory planning and time management
- Ability to create and deliver custom sales presentations
- Bachelor’s Degree
Compensation: $65 - 70k Base, $120k OTE uncapped commission + car allowance, 401K, full benefits
