Role Overview

Compliance Solutions is seeking a highly experienced ASSE 6030/6040–certified professional to lead and grow our Florida territory. This role is designed for a senior technician who has mastered the technical side of medical gas systems and is ready to take regional oversight, oversee key accounts, and play a meaningful role in expanding services across the state.

The Territory Manager serves as both a technical authority and regional leader, representing Compliance Solutions to healthcare clients while helping shape the long-term growth of the Florida market.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Authority & Quality Oversight

Lead medical gas inspections, testing, verification, and maintenance in compliance with NFPA 99 and the ASSE 6000 series

Serve as the senior technical authority for Florida-based healthcare facilities

Review and approve reports, findings, and corrective actions for technical accuracy and compliance

Address complex system issues and provide high-level technical guidance when required

Account Oversight & Client Leadership

Own and manage relationships with Florida healthcare accounts, including hospitals and multi-facility systems

Interface directly with facility leadership, safety officers, engineers, and compliance teams

Ensure scopes of work are clearly defined, executed correctly, and delivered to a high standard

Identify system risks, compliance gaps, and opportunities to improve long-term outcomes for clients

Territory Oversight & Growth

Take full ownership of the Florida territory, including service quality, responsiveness, and client satisfaction

Support and drive regional growth by expanding services within existing accounts and supporting new opportunities

Collaborate with executive leadership on regional strategy, staffing, and long-term market development

Play a key role in building out the Florida team as the region expands

Operational Leadership

Coordinate with internal operations and scheduling teams to ensure efficient service delivery

Maintain high standards for documentation, reporting, and project closeout

Contribute to internal process improvement and best practices as the company continues to scale

Required Qualifications

ASSE 6030/6040 Medical Gas Systems Verifier certification (required)

Extensive hands-on experience with medical gas systems in healthcare environments

Strong working knowledge of NFPA 99 and medical gas compliance standards

Proven ability to operate independently, make sound technical decisions, and represent a company professionally

Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Willingness to travel throughout Florida as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with account oversight, regional responsibility, or leadership roles

Exposure to multi-facility healthcare systems or national clients

Experience reviewing, approving, or mentoring technical work

OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training
