    • Serve as Trusted Advisor: Craft and present comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to clients' personal goals, with ongoing policy support.

    1. Proven Leadership: Able to manage marketing & sales funnels while leading a sales team, overseeing operations, budgeting, planning, and staffing.
    2. Insurance Savvy (or Eager to Learn): Experience is a plus but not required—willingness to learn is essential, with full training provided.
    3. Core Traits: Resourceful, intuitive, and coachable; a self-starter with urgency, a strong work ethic, and a passion for engaging the community to address insurance needs.
