    Under the guidance of District Manager Stetson Smith, you will receive structured training, mentorship, and long-term growth support as you work toward agency ownership and leadership.

    This role is best suited for individuals who want control, ownership, and long-term upside , not a traditional job.

    What This Role Really Is

    As a Sales Leader, you are building your own insurance business from the ground up.

    You will:

    • Develop and grow a personal book of business
    • Prospect, network, and engage within your community
    • Educate clients and present tailored insurance solutions
    • Build systems, processes, and eventually a team
    • Manage operations, planning, and growth strategy
    • Work toward full agency ownership and contract value

    This is a long-term career investment , not a quick-win sales role.

    Compensation & Upside

    • Commission-only compensation
    • 300% First-Year Bonus opportunity (performance-based)
    • Additional bonuses up to $11,000+
    • Monthly and annual production bonuses (up to 3 years)
    • Long-term Contract Value and retirement equity

    Income is uncapped , and results depend on effort, consistency, and execution.
