    Job Title: Territory Sales Manager Location: 2325 Plainfield Ave Second Floor Suite 2H, South Plainfield, NJ 07080. Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: In-person within limited territory.

    💡 What You’ll Do

    You’ll act as the face of Azend Pharma in your territory bringing innovation directly to healthcare providers.

    Build strong, lasting relationships with prescribers and medical practices

    Introduce and demonstrate AI-powered clinical automation solutions

    Identify opportunities to improve workflows and patient outcomes

    Serve as a trusted advisor—not just a salesperson

    Execute creative sales strategies and track progress through CRM tools

    Represent Azend Pharma at conferences, networking events, and site visits

    Gather real-world insights to help shape future products and strategies

    Who You Are

    You bring 1+ year of healthcare or related sales experience (preferred)

    Travel across your territory by car

    Visit healthcare practices, attend events, and build your network

    Work from the field with flexibility, while reporting to HQ twice per week

    💰 Compensation & Benefits

    Base Salary: $80,000 – $130,000

    On-Target Earnings with performance incentives

    📍 Role Details

    Full-time, in-person (field-based)

    Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

    Driver’s license and reliable car required
