    The Opportunity

Noor Staffing Group is engaged exclusively with a fast-growing, next-generation AIOps platform company that is transforming how enterprises, managed service providers, and telecommunications companies manage complex IT and network environments. Their AI-powered platform delivers measurable outcomes — including 95%+ alert noise reduction and 30–50% incident reduction — and serves a global customer base across MSPs, Telcos, and large enterprises.

This is a high-visibility, quota-carrying role for a proven enterprise software sales professional who is ready to own a territory, drive new logo acquisition, and build strategic accounts. The position is fully remote and offers one of the most competitive compensation packages in AIOps sales — $175K base / $175K target commission / $350K OTE with uncapped upside.

    Role Overview

The Senior Territory Manager owns the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through executive engagement, commercial negotiation, and close. You will drive new revenue growth and expand strategic accounts within an assigned territory or vertical, selling into IT Operations, Network Operations, and C-suite leadership teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and navigate multi-threaded buying committees (CIO, CTO, VP Ops, NOC leadership, and others)
    • Lead executive-level conversations around operational transformation and business outcomes

    Enterprise Sales Execution

    • Lead discovery sessions to uncover operational pain points and align to platform value
    • Position the AIOps platform as a transformational, ROI-driven solution
    • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with discipline and forecast accuracy
    • Own pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract execution end-to-end

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with Sales Engineering on demos, POCs, and technical validation
    • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure clean handoffs and drive expansion
    • Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback to Product and Marketing

    Experience

    • 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience
    • Proven success selling SaaS into IT Operations, Network Operations, MSPs, Telcos, or Financial Services
    • Background in AIOps, observability, ITOM, monitoring, or automation strongly preferred
    • Consistent track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quota

    Skills & Methodology

    • Strong executive presence — comfortable selling to CIO, CTO, and VP-level buyers
    • Outcome-based selling approach — business value first, technology second
    • Proficiency in MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar enterprise sales methodology
    • Strong commercial negotiation skills with experience in complex contract cycles
    • Ability to manage and accurately forecast a multi-stage enterprise pipeline
