    We are recruiting a Territory Sales Manager to serve transportation dealer-distributors in the education, government, public sector, commercial, and private fleet markets. This role will involve providing a wide range of passenger transportation solutions. Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, the ideal candidate will drive sales efforts and support the company’s expansion in Texas.

    (New School Bus Sales, Commercial and Transit Buses, EV Infrastructure, Parts and Service, Warranty Support, Paint and Body Repair, Finance and Lease Options, Grant Assistance, Paratransit Solutions)

    This position offers high earning potential through uncapped commissions and requires building strong customer relationships and effectively engaging with high-potential clients.

    Applicants mut demonstrate a strong track record in sales pipeline management and possess excellent organizational skills.

    Key Performance Objectives: Success Indicators

    • Achieve first-year sales of $1.5 million by selling 10 to 15 buses; top performers may reach $2 million (20 to 35 buses) or $3.5 million to $4.5 million (35 to 60 buses).
    • Manage deal sizes of $100,000 to $200,000 per unit.
    • Demonstrate strong pipeline management, time management, proficiency in CRM systems, and Microsoft Office skills.
    • Work independently with guidance from supportive leadership in a non-micromanaged environment.

    Other Responsibilities:

    1. Ideal candidates should be driven and adaptable, with diverse backgrounds beyond transportation.
    2. Lead sales in the Dallas/Fort Worth area as part of a strategic expansion.
    3. Sell commercial fleet and school buses to a new customer base.
    4. Target sectors include commercial transportation, daycare centers, rentals, universities, assisted living facilities, casinos, and churches.
    5. Manage a high-opportunity market focusing on time and territory optimization.
    6. Develop a robust pipeline using CRM tools and navigate sales cycles of 30 days to 6 months.

    Experience selling any of the following:

    • Transit buses: Used for public transportation within cities.
    • Coach buses: Designed for long-distance travel, offering more comfortable seating and amenities.
    • School buses: Used for transporting students to and from school.
    • Shuttle buses: Designed for short routes, like airport transfers or campus transportation.

    Specialized buses: Such as mobile medical buses equipped with treatment rooms and medical equipment, command units for emergency services, and even bookmobiles or bloodmobiles

    • Bulldozers, Excavators, Scrapers,
    • Trenchers: Dig narrow trenches for utilities or other purposes.
    • Backhoes: Combine a front loader bucket and a rear-mounted backhoe for digging and loading.
    • Skid Steer Loaders: Small but powerful machines used for various tasks, including material handling and excavation.
    • Lifting and Material Handling:
    • Cranes: Used for lifting and moving heavy loads, with various types including mobile, tower, and lattice boom cranes.
    • Forklifts: Specially designed for lifting and moving pallets and other materials.
    • Front-End Loaders: Equipped with a large bucket for scooping and moving materials.
    • Dump Trucks: Used for transporting materials like soil, gravel, or debris.
    • All-Terrain Forklifts: Designed for use on uneven surfaces, often used in construction or agriculture.

    Other Heavy Mobile Equipment:

    • Construction: Bulldozers, excavators, loaders, cranes, aerial lifts.
    • Farming: Tractors, combines, harvesters, and other farm machinery.
    • Material handling: Forklifts, cranes, and other machinery used to move and lift materials.
