Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive new business across a high-potential, multi-state region. This is a hunter-style role, ideal for candidates who excel in value-based selling and have experience selling capital equipment into physician-owned practices.
Territory:
Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Southern New Jersey
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development by targeting independent private practices (dental focus)
Sell high-value capital equipment by emphasizing ROI and clinical outcomes
Collaborate with distributor representatives to expand reach and effectiveness
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan with an emphasis on growth
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of capital equipment sales experience in physician or dental offices
Proven track record of territory development and consistent quota attainment
Expertise in ROI-based and value-driven sales conversations
Experience working with or through distributor partners is a strong plus

Compensation Package
Base Salary: $90K
On-Target Earnings: $240K+ (uncapped commissions)
