    Position: 
    We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive new business across a high-potential, multi-state region. This is a hunter-style role, ideal for candidates who excel in value-based selling and have experience selling capital equipment into physician-owned practices.

    Territory:
    Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Southern New Jersey

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive new business development by targeting independent private practices (dental focus)

    • Sell high-value capital equipment by emphasizing ROI and clinical outcomes

    • Collaborate with distributor representatives to expand reach and effectiveness

    • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan with an emphasis on growth

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Minimum of 3 years of capital equipment sales experience in physician or dental offices

    • Proven track record of territory development and consistent quota attainment

    • Expertise in ROI-based and value-driven sales conversations

    • Experience working with or through distributor partners is a strong plus

    Compensation Package

    • Base Salary: $90K

    • On-Target Earnings: $240K+ (uncapped commissions)

    • Equity participation
