    Territory Sales Manager – Industrial MRO (Albany, NY)

    While much of our business is driven through our e-commerce platform, we are actively investing in building out our outside sales presence in key markets to strengthen customer relationships and drive growth.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth within the Albany market. This is a field-based, high-impact role focused on new business development, while also managing and growing existing accounts.

    You will have significant autonomy to build your territory, supported by a strong internal team and an expansive product offering.

    Compensation:

    Competitive base salary + uncapped commission with strong earning potential. First-year earnings supported with a guaranteed ramp.

    What You’ll Do

    Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach

    Visit customer sites to understand needs, present solutions, and build long-term relationships

    Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding share of wallet

    Own your territory and drive revenue growth against defined targets

    Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience

    Maintain pipeline activity and track progress in CRM

    What We’re Looking For

    Proven success in industrial MRO sales or a closely related industry

    Strong prospecting skills with a track record of building business from the ground up

    Knowledge of relevant product categories such as fasteners, power transmission, electrical, or fluid power

    Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and high level of accountability

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
