    Position Summary: We are actively seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Portland with a passion for leadership and a drive to succeed. This position begins in outside sales, where you’ll manage your own territory and client relationships while developing the skills and experience to grow into greater responsibility over time.

    You’ll begin by working directly with businesses in the Portland area, building lasting partnerships and providing valuable solutions to meet their needs. As you achieve success, you’ll have opportunities to take on additional responsibility and expand your impact within your market. This is an outside sales role with incredible growth potential for individuals who aspire to lead by example.

    In This Role, You Will:

    Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through CRM tools, networking, warm calling, and cold calling.

    Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention and long-term growth.

    Present solutions to business owners through compelling and professional sales presentations.

    Actively engage with the local business community to build your network and uncover new opportunities.

    Participate in ongoing development and training to strengthen your skills and performance.
