Territory Sales Manager

This field-based sales role is focused on driving growth across a defined territory within the hearing healthcare space. You will partner with audiology clinics and hearing care professionals to expand adoption of advanced hearing technology that directly improves patient communication and daily quality of life. The role blends new business development with strategic account expansion in a highly consultative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
• Build and strengthen relationships with audiology customers
• Execute structured territory business plans
• Train clinicians on software and product utilization
• Deliver presentations and maintain CRM/data accuracy

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• Outside B2B field sales experience preferred
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
