Responsibilities: • Attend and manage seller appointments throughout your territory (leads provided). • Inspect, comp, and evaluate residential properties to determine fair offers. • Negotiate purchase agreements directly with homeowners. • Manage your pipeline and follow up on leads to maximize conversions. • Collaborate with acquisitions leadership to hit and exceed monthly goals. Qualifications: • 1–3 years of direct-to-consumer or outside sales experience (car, RV, solar, etc). • Strong closer who thrives in high-pressure, high-reward environments. • Self-starter with solid communication and negotiation skills. • Passionate about personal growth, teamwork, and winning together. Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000 yearly
