    Job Title: Territory Sales Representative – Lumber & Specialty Wood Products
    Location: Dallas, Texas
    Territory: Dallas - Fort Worth (100 mile radius)
    Salary: $70k(+) + Commissions. Please note, there is a sliding base salary scale depending on desired commission structure. 

    Job Description:
    Our client is an industry leader and supplier of Lumber & Specialty Wood Products in multiple states.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our clients growing team, servicing North Texas. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing relationships, and driving sales growth across a defined territory. The ideal candidate will have an established network of industry contacts, including custom home builders, production builders, and commercial project managers.

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in the lumber/building materials industry - preference will be given to candidates with experience selling framing lumber packages
      • Strong, existing network in the North Texas construction market—custom builders, production housing developers, and commercial project contacts.
      • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
      • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and territory efficiently.
      • Familiarity with building materials, lumber products, and construction terminology.
      • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the North Texas region.
