  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Develop and lead your hardscape sales territory.
    • Engage in our top-tier education programs, including Professional Sales Training, PK/SK with Paver Pete, and certifications from ICPI and NCMA.
    • Use our customized CRM to craft winning strategies.
    • Leverage Business Intelligence for insightful reporting and identifying your competitive edge.
    • Equip and train dealer teams, providing tools and resources to boost their business with Techo-Bloc.
    • Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels.
    • Support dealer partners with product knowledge to help grow their success.
    • Design and execute sales strategies to hit new targets and boost your bottom line.
    • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Coordinators for a unified approach.
    • Share insights and strategies with team members, Sales Directors, Dealers, and Contractors for mutual success.
    • Maintain high standards in visual appearance, branding, design specs, and user experience for all deliverables.
    • Document relevant information in the CRM to enhance our Business Intelligence and close more deals.
    • Showcase expertise in Sales Strategy, Customer Service, CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Creatively share product placement examples on social media to stay connected.
    • Uphold and enhance Techo-Bloc's reputation as a sales leader.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Strong and Ambitious Work Ethic;
    • Positive "Can-Do" energized attitude;
    • Post Secondary Education;
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry (Selling or installing);
    • Experience in building action plans, deciphering sales reports, and building customer sales strategies
    • Experience planning, supporting, and marketing communications, sales, and events;
    • Must have a valid passport and be able to come to Canada for Head Office training/meetings.
    • This job is home office based and requires daily face-to-face on-site meetings. Must have easy access to the Charleston area.
