    Job Description

    Own a defined turf, work assigned warm homeowner leads, and turn doors into funded loans. You’ll manage your territory like a mini-business: route planning, saturation strategy, daily KPIs, and crisp follow-through from pitch to docs.

    What you’ll do

    • Work an assigned territory daily; map, route, and sequence efficiently

    • Run the play: script → set appointment → collect docs → submit app → funded

    • Work assigned warm leads in your turf and generate incremental doors around them

    • Track conversion metrics; fix leaks with your trainer/manager in real time

    • Keep clean notes in CRM; report KPIs and pipeline status daily

    What you bring

    • 1–3+ years D2D (mortgage/solar/roofing/home services) or elite sales grit

    • Territory management mindset: routing, revisit cadence, and turf saturation

    • High motor, field-first discipline, clean driver’s license

    Comp (no base)

    • Pure commission: competitive bps on funded loans
