CRD Careers is sourcing a driven, self-starting Territory Sales Rep to join a national industrial supply company with a unique mobile sales model. This is a fully remote role—ideal for someone who thrives on independence, face-to-face selling, and building long-term customer relationships across a defined territory.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow a local territory using a company-provided Mobile Store (inventory-stocked van)
Conduct in-person sales calls and service visits with industrial clients
Prospect, cold-call, and close new business across manufacturing, maintenance, and service sectors
Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
Track inventory, manage reorders, and maintain client satisfaction
Qualifications
What You Bring
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong self-discipline
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Sales experience preferred—but grit, drive, and coachability matter most
Valid driver’s license and comfort with a mobile, field-based role
Ability to manage your own schedule and territory
