About the Role

We’re looking for a standout Sales Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on selling safety and janitorial supplies to clients across industrial, construction, food service, and other sectors. This position offers a lucrative compensation structure , an existing territory with growth potential , and the opportunity to transition into a Sales Manager role based on performance.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in indirect materials , safety , or janitorial supplies
• Strong ability to identify, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships
• A strategic thinker who understands risk, profitability, and market trends
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and a passion for building business
• Ability to work independently while contributing to overall company goals
• Proficient with computers and common business software
• Deep understanding of distribution and customer service excellence
• College degree preferred but not required
