Our client, an innovative industrial manufacturer, is looking for a high-performing Territory Sales Representative to manage key customer accounts and develop new business within a defined region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, travel, and building long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute territory growth plans
Maintain and grow existing client relationships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations
Requirements:
3+ years of territory or regional sales experience in a technical/industrial field
Comfortable traveling within territory (30–50%)
Confident in presenting to executives and technical buyers
CRM and sales tracking experience
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $70,000–$85,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000–$135,000
