    Our client, an innovative industrial manufacturer, is looking for a high-performing Territory Sales Representative to manage key customer accounts and develop new business within a defined region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, travel, and building long-term partnerships.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute territory growth plans

    • Maintain and grow existing client relationships

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of territory or regional sales experience in a technical/industrial field

    • Comfortable traveling within territory (30–50%)

    • Confident in presenting to executives and technical buyers

    • CRM and sales tracking experience

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base Salary: $70,000–$85,000

    • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000–$135,000

    • Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k)
