This opportunity is with the Austin / Round Rock location, focused on building and expanding service within the local market.
Overview
We are looking for a driven, hands-on Territory Sales & Service Representative to build and grow a customer base within the commercial kitchen industry.
This is a field-based role combining:
Outside sales
Account management
Light installation work
You will be responsible for generating new business, servicing accounts, and performing gasket replacements and related work on refrigeration equipment.
Typical Earnings
Ramp period: building pipeline
Consistent performers: ~$3K–$5K/month
Strong performers: $5K–$7K/month
Top performers: $7.5K+/month
What You’ll Do
Prospect and develop new business within your assigned area
Build relationships with restaurant operators and kitchen managers
Perform on-site gasket replacements and basic equipment sealing work
Maintain and grow accounts over time
Manage your own schedule and daily route
Order materials and manage basic inventory needs
Invoice customers and update all activity in the CRM system
What to Expect
This is a primarily field-based role, with flexibility to manage your own schedule
You will be assigned a defined territory within Austin / Round Rock and the surrounding areas
Your focus is to build and grow that territory over time
Work includes time in kitchens, walk-ins, and equipment areas
Success depends on your ability to consistently prospect and produce
