Key Responsibilities – Heavy Equipment Parts & Service Sales Representative
- Own a territory plan to grow parts and service revenue across assigned accounts and prospects.
- Conduct in-person route calls and site visits; identify fleet needs and maintenance opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver parts and service quotes; follow through to close.
- Coordinate with service dispatch and technicians to schedule work orders and inspections.
- Log activities, pipeline, and opportunities in CRM; maintain accurate account data.
- Educate customers on equipment technology and productivity features; escalate complex issues to specialists as needed.
- Track KPIs: visits, quotes, close rate, territory sales, new account wins.
- Maintain safety standards while operating a company vehicle.
Qualifications – Heavy Equipment Parts & Service Sales Representative
- 2+ years customer-facing sales with CRM use preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude or technical knowledge of heavy equipment parts/service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Valid driver’s license; clean MVR and background.
- Ability to work in the field with frequent driving across the territory (approx. 70–80% travel).
Preferred Qualifications – Heavy Equipment Parts & Service Sales Representative
- Experience in heavy equipment aftermarket parts and service sales.
- Quoting experience for labor, parts, inspections, and warranties.
- Exposure to machine control or telematics; interest in certification-based upskilling.
