Territory: Base Kansas City w/travel to CO, KS, MO,
Base Salary $50,000 + Unlimited Commission | First-Year Earnings $100,000+ Potential
We’re seeking a career-driven sales professional with deep HVAC industry knowledge to join as Regional Sales Trainer. This isn’t entry-level sales—it’s about leveraging your existing expertise and contacts to grow territory market share, support wholesalers, onboard new dealers, and drive adoption of our high-performance IAQ lineup.
Key Responsibilities:
Become a subject matter expert on our full product portfolio and IAQ science
Maintain an active schedule of sales calls, joint calls with wholesale partners, and proprietary training classes
Build strong relationships with wholesalers and contractors to boost distribution and education
Develop the multi-state territory through strategic account management and market expansion
Requirements:
Proven HVAC industry experience (required—knowledge trumps sales background)
15+ years Wholesale sales, account management, or related sales experience
Reside in the Kansas City, MO metropolitan area
Strong Microsoft Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in travel and time management
