Responsibilities: • Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking • Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads • Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals • Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships Qualifications: • This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role • Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality • At least 2 years of Sales Experience • Must live in the Bay Area • Must be able to work independently • Bonus commissions are additional to the base listed Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 base + commissions
