Responsibilities: • Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities • Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community • Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development • Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives Qualifications: • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry • Good organization and time management skills • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities • This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role • At least 2 years of Sales Experience • Must live in the Bay Area • Must be able to work independently • Bonus commissions are additional to the base listed Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 base + commissions
