Terry Supply is a third generation, family owned and operated business with over 70 years of experience proudly serving the Sarasota/Bradenton area.

Responsibilities:

✅ Inventory Management: Keep a keen eye on inventory levels, ensuring we have the right products in stock at all times.

✅ Pricing and Labeling: Maintain accurate product pricing and labeling, keeping our displays and shelves up to date.

✅ Customer Engagement: Be the face of our store! Assist existing and potential customers at the sales counter, addressing their welding supply needs with a friendly smile.

✅ Sales Documentation: Handle all paperwork related to sales, quotes, and customer information meticulously, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

✅ Customer Support: Address customer questions and concerns, providing expert guidance on our wide range of products and services.

✅ Cash Management: Efficiently manage cash transactions and deposits with precision.

✅ Showroom Maintenance: Keep our showroom displays in top-notch condition, creating an inviting shopping experience for customers.

✅ Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong, lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service.

✅ Communication: Interact with customers in person and over the phone, discussing cost, orders, and delivery schedules.

✅ Paperwork Accuracy: Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed and filed.

✅ Professionalism: Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.

✅ Safety: Enforce safety rules diligently, ensuring a secure shopping environment for both customers and employees.

✅ Store Support: Assist with inventory management, housekeeping, and showroom displays.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry.

• Strong knowledge of welding supplies and equipment.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

• Proficient in managing cash and sales documentation.
