What you'll do?

The Utility Worker is responsible for keeping the buildings, grounds, and equipment clean, orderly, properly maintained, safe, and secure. Assists maintenance and custodial staff as directed in performing tasks in the upkeep of facilities.

Hours:

_Monday- Friday

Duties Include:

• Cleans and maintains outdoor areas.

• Assists with special projects as directed.

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.

  • Collect and dispose of trash.

• Performs other duties, as required.

Skills

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
