Tesis USA LLC. is hiring candidates for a FREELANCE AUTOMATION ENGINEER position in Houston, TX with the following knowledge and abilities:
At least 4 years of experience as Engineer in automation projects.
Bachelor Degree as an Electrical Engineer or related in the automation field
Location: BAYTOWN, TX.
Experience in PLCs, Drives, and HMI. (Required Allen Bradley and Rockwell technologies)
Must have experience in the commissioning of automation projects. Experience in steel companies is preferred.
Must have the knowledge and the capability to develop a PLC program as well as an HMI. Knowledge in Allen Bradley is required.
Knowledge in Allen Bradley safety, programming and troubleshooting is required.
Advanced knowledge in RsLogix in PLC work cycle programming, creation of advanced HMI screens, knowledge of Rockwell programming libraries. Knowledge in Ladder logic programming for advanced PLC.
Must have Electrical Experience.
Must be able to use diagnostic tools for the analysis of the solution of automation problems. This is required.
Sequential PLC programming.
Configuration of PLC and HMI communication networks: Profinet, Ethernet, ControlNet, Devicenet, Profibus DP, Modbus Plus, etc.
System diagnostic programming.
Advanced knowledge of the use of hardware/software for PLCs and
HMI: Rockwell.
English communication skills are required (speaking, writing and reading).
Self-motivation and proactive behavior is required.
All employees are required to wear masks inside the production areas
