Tesoro Group is hiring a Building Services Engineer - Roving for a long-time client of ours. This is a contract to hire role (90 days before conversion) and a full-time Monday - Friday role. This position will report to the corporate office in Plymouth each morning and be dispatched to properties during the training period.

The ideal candidate will be someone with at least 1 years' experience in commercial maintenance, be a self starter and be self motivated.

$20-$23/hour with mileage reimbursement – a company vehicle will be provided after training/probationary period (pay can go higher for the right candidate).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
• Checking and responding to security and safety issues
• Testing and recommending new maintenance products
• Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers
• Keeping documents of inspections and problems
• Doing landscaping, pool maintenance and pest control
• Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies

Requirements at least 1 year minimum in the below:

• Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems

• Testing and recommending new maintenance products
• Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers
• Keeping documents of inspections and problems
• Doing landscaping, pool maintenance and pest control
• Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies
• Hold a Valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation as this position will be roving to different jobsites, the corporate office is in Plymouth.
• Be able to pass a background check with a motor vehicle report (no major violations in the last 7 years, as a company vehicle is provided)
• Own your own basic tool kit.
