WHAT YOU DO:
Receive customer orders via email or over the phone.
Troubleshoot problems with orders/delivery for customers.
· Research customer requests, including reviewing product availability, shipment, quantity, quality, delivery and lead-time.
· Enter data for new orders, make changes to existing orders and complete orders acknowledgement, customer correspondence and possibly invoicing.
· Coordinate efforts between sales, shipping, and routing, to fulfill customer requests as required
· Take part in reviewing and authorizing returned goods.
Additional projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must have excellent phone skills—for customer service, taking orders, upselling monthly promotions, etc.
· Knowledge of hair styling/professional salons are a plus.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish
· At least 1-year experience in a customer service role.
· Order Entry experience is a plus.
· Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Suite
· Experience as a proactive problem solver.
· Ability to prioritize and stay on task.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to exercise independent judgment and follow-through on work assigned.
· Must have organization skills and data entry accuracy.
