Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive temporary resource to assist with transitioning our Quality department (all paper) filing system to an organized electronic format.  You will work directly with the Quality team to ensure all technical files are organized in a logical and efficient matter and implemented with care.  

Must be detail oriented, organized and have the ability to finish tasks in an appropriate time frame and understand technical information.   

Your main goal will temporary assistance in taking paper files and making them into electronic files will be the main goal of this assignment.  

• Ability to assist with developing an electronic filing system. 
• Update current paper system to an electronica filing system
• Communicate changes and updates throughout the process with attention to workflow to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Ability to take directions and complete a task
• Experience using a computer and scaning machine
• Organized and proactive when completing tasks
• Ability to Familiar with scanning documents and electronic filing
• Proficient in written and spoken English 
• Ability to communicate effectively
