    Overview

    Ready to be the glue that holds our software together? We're looking for a Test Engineer who is passionate about teamwork and obsessed with quality. In this role, you’ll be the central point of contact for all things quality assurance, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our developers and product team to build and launch amazing products. Your mission? To ensure our systems are rock-solid, reliable, and bug-free, so we can keep delivering the best possible experience to our users.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Team up for quality. Work closely with developers and product owners to write and automate test cases that are seamlessly integrated into our build process.

    • Lead the testing effort. Create detailed test plans and scenarios that help us systematically validate new features and improvements.

    • Build the future. Design and implement automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cysas, Postman, and JUnit to build a powerful regression suite that grows with our products.

    • Be the quality compass. Help us track and understand our quality assurance metrics, providing insights that guide our team toward better outcomes.

    • Test every which way. While we love automation, you'll also handle manual testing when needed and perform load and stress tests to make sure our systems can handle anything.

    • Manage the details. Become the go-to expert for our regression tests, tracking and managing issues to ensure they are addressed by the right person, every time.

    Qualifications

    We're looking for a candidate with a strong technical background that includes:

    This role is hybrid out of our downtown Kansas City office, so please only apply if you are local and willing to work onsite.

    • You have a combination of education and experience that includes at least 2-5 years in a related role.
    • You're a natural problem-solver with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and advocate for customer needs.
    • Testing & Automation: Proven experience with software testing frameworks like Selenium, Cyara, JUnit, and Postman.
    • Core Platforms: Familiarity with Call Center and CRM systems such as Five9, Amazon Connect, and Salesforce.
    • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript (including frameworks like Vue.js and Nuxt).
    • Database Expertise: Hands-on experience with databases and data warehouses like MySQL, Snowflake, and DynamoDB.
    • Great communication skills and are a collaborative team player
