We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Testing Technician to support hands-on product and packaging evaluation activities.
Previous testing experience is not required. Candidates who are dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable working in a hands-on environment, and willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of physical product and packaging tests using established procedures.
Set up and operate basic testing equipment used for drop, vibration, compression, and durability testing.
Follow written work instructions and testing procedures accurately.
Observe test results and identify damage, defects, or performance issues.
Record measurements, test data, and observations.
Assist with preparing basic test documentation and reports.
Move, stage, and organize test samples and materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Communicate testing progress and findings with team members.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools or equipment is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
Comfortable working in a hands-on testing, production, laboratory, or warehouse-style environment.
