As a Collection Specialist, you are the face of Test Well.

Unlike other COVID-19 testing companies, we are OBSESSED with the client experience.  That means that every interaction must leave the client blown away at the service they receive!

We operate a collection site at our lab in South Lake and a drive-thru in Reno and are hoping to expand to a drive-thru in Truckee just as soon as we can. Right now our collection hours are 10:30am - 2:30pm but we are looking to expand these hours as well!

Our lab runs on a saliva sample so the collection process is easy and painless! This will be your main job - collecting samples and interacting with clients.

We need people who can start IMMEDIATELY and are hiring both full-time and part-time. Come join the cause and make a difference!! A typical day for a collection specialist will include, but not be limited to:

• Setting up for the day
• Keeping track of daily appointments
• Preparing collection devices by printing and labeling sterile tubes
• Checking-in and checking-out clients
• Providing collection instructions and receiving completed collection devices
• Answering any questions the client may have regarding the saliva sample collection in a FRIENDLY and CLEAR way
• Maintaining proper COVID-19 safety guidelines including but not limited to:
  • Wearing proper PPE (provided by us)
  • Adhering to proper handling, storage, and cleaning protocols.

The Reno shift then drives the samples back to the lab in South Lake and is compensated for both TIME and MILEAGE round-trip

Compensation starting at $18+ DOE

Qualifications

• CLEAN driving record & RELIABLE transportation
• Must be proficient in computers and text messaging (our primary means of communication with our clients)
