    JOB SUMMARY

    TestPros is looking to fill an Intermediate Management Analyst position on a federal contract located in Rockville, MD. The ideal candidate will provide management analysis and policy analysis support. They will also assist in the performance of the analysis of alternative courses of action for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling program functions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

    • Provides management analysis and policy analysis support.
    • Assists, under the supervision of the senior management analyst, in the performance of the analysis of alternative courses of action for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling program functions.
    • Assists with new or improved mechanisms to support the Agency's interaction with external organizations, such as other agencies, States, and industry.
    • Assists with linking new operations with existing operations and support facilities.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • U.S. Citizenship.
    • 4-year B.S. or B.A. degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
    • 5-8 years of previous management analysis and policy analysis support experience.
    • Demonstrated experience in reviewing, analyzing, evaluating, inspecting, and testing software and processes, including analysis of interfacing applications and user needs to ensure that the software meets requirements.
    • Demonstrated experience in communicating findings that support evidence that the software satisfies or does not satisfy the requirements.
    • Demonstrated experience creating test cases, developing system test procedures, system test execution, recording test results, and analyzing test results for user acceptance.
    • Demonstrated technical writing and presentation skills.
    • Knowledge of HRMS (Human Resource Management System).
    • Demonstrated experience in verifying and validating PeopleSoft 9.x, PeopleTools 8.54, Criteria PeopleCode, Application Engine, Workflow, SOR, Time and Labor Rules, Reporting, Interfaces with other systems, SQL, Security, DataMover, and other related technical skills.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • Demonstrated experience within a federal government agency is preferred.
