Our growing client is adding to their broadband engineering and design team. Most of the full-time positions are in their Atlanta office (midtown) but for experienced professionals they would consider remote candidates. Will be a key team member responsible for performing make-ready designs and pole loading analyses using O-Calc software. This position is a permanent role with an hourly salary based on experience and generous benefits.

Determine if the existing pole configurations require Make Ready Engineering (MRE) for a new attachment per NESC/GO95 requirements.

Develop new attachment plan to address clearance violations.

Perform Pole Loading Analyses (PLA) of existing and proposed pole configurations.

Create Work Orders based on MRE and PLA results.

Review pole data collected by field crews for accuracy of existing attachments.

Document and track project progress.

Requirements

Ideally looking for experience doing OSP design, distribution design, or CAD drafting, but will train anyone with technical aptitude

Degree not required but must have a Green Card or US Citizenship to be considered.
