Reporting to the Manager - Line Design Software, the Sr. Delivery Consultant will be responsible for working as part of a team to design, configure/build, test and document client software functionality, as well as perform QA/QC.es a nd Responsibilities

• Lead technical design sessions with clients and document technical requirements using wireframe tools and other design session techniques.
• Build out configuration of software product according to customer requirements, contracts and statements of work
• Manage standard implementation versions of software through (a) code changes, (b) configuration changes, and (c) documentation updates.
• Maintain documentation for software test plans and user manuals.
• Create product solutions for sales team during pre-sales phase.
• Perform solution/product training for customers.
• Create Levels of Effort for scope changes/change orders
• Log bugs found in software and assist in diagnosing/troubleshooting and prioritizing resolution

Ideal Qualifications include:

• Experience with Delphi programming
• Some experience with web development technologies, including HTML5, ASP.NET and JavaScript preferred
• Utility line design experience preferred.
• GIS (ESRI) experience is preferred.
• Experience developing on mobile platforms such as Android/IOS using Xamarin, Objective C, and Java Android SDK a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Oracle or SQL Server
• 1 -2 years of experience with DB reporting tools such as Crystal Reports a plus
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions and teams.
• Approximately 5-10 years of experience
• Travel up to 40%.
