Job Description
Testan Law is a dynamic firm specializing in the defense of Workers' Compensation. We currently have one full time non-exempt position in our Payroll Department for a Payroll Administrator at our Westlake Village, CA, Location.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accounting/Finance, a depth of knowledge on California payroll rules & regulations, experience with Paylocity (HRIS) a plus, and a minimum of 2 years managing the payroll process in a multi-state environment with a minimum of 200 employees. We also require that the candidate possess advanced computer skills, particularly in the use of Excel Spreadsheets. Working in a law firm is preferred, but not required. This position reports to the Director of Financial Operations.
Additionally, we require someone who is detail oriented, reliable, able to multi task, have good written and verbal communication skills, and be very organized.
