Momentum, Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Tester to support the Department of State Elections Modernization project within the Employment, Banking, and Revenue Delivery Center (EBR-DC). This role involves planning and executing various testing efforts—including system, load, and integration tests—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with tools like Microsoft Test Manager, SOAP UI, Load UI, SQL Server, and Team Foundation Server, as well as a solid understanding of Agile methodology.

This is a hybrid role requiring the selected resource to work on-site two days per week in Harrisburg, PA.
