    Reliatus Behavioral Health, a leading recruiting organization specializing in supporting behavioral health organizations find top talent, is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) to join our client's team in Northern Virginia, VA. This is primarily an in-clinic position with the possibility of 1-day remote work flexibility.     Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary: $110,000 - $135,000, dependent on experience.

    Position Summary

    The Clinical Testing Psychologist plays a pivotal role in conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for individuals aged 1 to 21, with a primary focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder. This involves expertly administering and interpreting specialized assessments, delivering tailored treatment recommendations to families, and providing essential supervision to postdoctoral fellows, psychometricians, and doctoral externs.

    Essential Functions

    Clinical Responsibilities

    • Administer, score, and interpret a range of psychological tests and assessments.

    • Conduct diagnostic evaluations using standardized tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R, MIGDAS-2) for autism and differential diagnoses.

    • Provide personalized, actionable treatment recommendations to families.

    • Deliver detailed, high-quality clinical reports and ensure continuity of care for children evaluated and diagnosed.

    • Collaborate effectively as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team.

    Collaboration Opportunities

    • Engage in activities based on individual interest and expertise, such as facilitating post-diagnosis processing groups, participating in research initiatives, conducting community outreach, or providing parent coaching.

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Perform other related duties as assigned by clinical leadership.

    Qualifications

    • Licensure: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Doctorate required) with an Active Virginia state license or immediate eligibility.

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (inclusive of internships, externships, or fellowships).

    • Assessment Proficiency: Proven experience with autism-specific diagnostic tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R, MIGDAS-2, Vineland).

    • Compliance & Tech: Familiarity with behavioral health industry regulations and competence in Microsoft Excel and Word.

    Work Environment

    This is a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability, with regular in-office scheduling (40+ hours per week). Requires the ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 lbs.
