Three Month Internship Dallas
We are in search of a high energy, creative, self motivated individual with a SPECIFIC skillset and know-how of social media marketing to help us scale an undeniable positive online presence that targets millennials. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION COMPLETELY BEFORE APPLYING
The internship will start immediately ending approximately January 31, 2019. This is a 20-35 hour (somewhat flexible) position for someone looking to contribute to and learn from a top producing agency. Our last intern carried on to launch a marketing agency based on the experience and coaching received from us.
We have a super fun office environment with couches, coffee, & such. We are a very social crowd. You will be located in the heart of downtown Dallas with restaurants and parks within walking distance. Thursday and Friday non-negotianble are in-office days unless it interferes with your class time. Monday - Wednesday are scheduled field based days where you shadow the owner to capture video footage.
EXPECTATIONS:
The most important aspects of the expectations is consistent and high quality execution. These are the ongoing work of our last intern (college sophomore - 20 years old) who performed at an exceptional level and launched his own marketing agency based on what he learned from us. The bar is set high but we also understand learning on the job and bringing new skills to the project.

Guide the direction of the project to deliver the desired output
Project management including track assignments to goal & budget management
Professional weekly report outs to the owner
Track, report and draw usable conclusions from social media analytics
Copywriting - write in a professional yet relatable style for social media captions
Filming and editing professional quality video content designed to go organically viral
45-60 second videos
IGTV
Training videos (30 minutes) - Use of a shirt mic has been identified but not implemented
Daily Instagram Engagement (2-3 hours)
Comment, like, share, create, nurture relationships with the top Instagram business gurus
Drive organic engagement on our page
Grow Instagram following from 2k to 5k
Existing growth stats available
Organic (not copied) content creation & posting - Two posts per day at specified times
Post specific business advice on all posts
