    The Texans Fit team is looking for an innovative, motivated and detail-oriented individual to serve as the Social Media & Promotions Coordinator for the Texans Fit franchise. This individual will create and deliver digital content and oversee the posting of gym-related content on @TexansFit & @CowboysFit social media. The position will require the employee to create a social content schedule, develop social fan engagement, activate any marketing promotions and events, and assist with other marketing tasks as assigned.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Social Media & Promotions Coordinator is a member of the Texans Fit Marketing Team and plays a key role in the company’s overall success.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    Build and execute a strong social media content strategy and voice across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) for both brands

    Plan and create all content for social channels including videos, feed posts, stories, etc.

    Serve as a community manager by engaging fans, followers, prospects, partners and members and assist with fan engagement by responding to customers and prospective customers in real-time on social media

    Assist in planning and executing various events put on by Texans Fit

    Develop a monthly social media content calendar for both brands

    Monitor and analyze social campaign performance and key metrics by identifying key trends and making content recommendations and sharing weekly/monthly reports

    Identify opportunities, trends and features in the social media space

    Explore new strategic and creative marketing channels

    Plan and coordinate regular photoshoots for Texans Fit

    Deliver on defined organic growth and audience engagement goals

    Be responsible for hitting specific growth targets across follower count, impressions and website traffic

    Facilitate creation of user-generated content and monitor conversations happening on our various channels

    Design all social ads running on each platform for both brands

    Ensure proper tracking and labeling structure is in place for all content scheduling

    Contribute light editorial content or copyrighting assistance as needed

    Responsible for implementing all marketing and promotions handed down by corporate

    Be onsite for all events to assist and capture content for social platforms

    Help foster a sense of community among Texans Fit consumers

    Assist the marketing team with building out graphics, marketing campaigns, strategic communication, and other marketing/graphic design duties assigned.

    Create functional templated designs to help departments with turn-key collateral; including, but not limited to, social media posts, business templates, website graphics, and ad rotations.

    Ensure all designs follow brand standards and maintain a cohesive brand voice.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Education and Experience:

    2-4 year college degree, preferably in marketing, digital media, graphic design or sports management.

    Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator in a Mac environment required.

    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Mac Operating Systems, Cloud-sharing platforms (Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams).

    Experience with social media management tools: Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.

    Experience in photography and/or videography is a plus.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects autonomously

    Experience working for clients and delivering finished product to desired specifications

    Strong graphic design skills to aid with photo editing

    Highly organized and communicative

    Ability to apply skills and edits learned from one task to future tasks

    Excellent project management skills including the ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects with moving timelines

    Creative ability to generate engaging, innovative visual communications pieces growing from brand parameters

    Ability to dive deep within a singular project, yet understand its role within a larger vision & scope

    Must have the ability to identify issues and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong strategic and analytical capabilities

    Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

    Ability to be comfortable and energetic in the creative process

    Thrives working autonomously as well as in a team environment

    Demonstrate a positive, open and cheerful attitude

    Reliable, dependable, and accountable to themselves and the organization

    Experience working in the sports/fitness category is a plus

    Work Schedule:

    Your daily schedule will vary throughout the week depending on the needs of the club, the staff, and the members. Special events, promotions, and other demands may require some early mornings, late nights and weekends.
