Job Description
We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team with evening and weekend availability! The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for supporting clients throughout their journey with the Texans Helping Texans Recovery Fund (THTRF) and delivering exceptional customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Strong drive and initiative to make improvements with a minimum of supervision
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to act with a sense of urgency, with minimal direction and ability to adjust workload based upon changing priorities to contribute to the growth of the company
- Desire to seek out more tasks during slow times
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish verbal communication skills are a plus
