We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry-Level Client Relations Associate to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Entry-Level Client Relations Associate will be responsible for supporting the Client Relations team in maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will assist in managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Respond promptly and professionally to client requests and issues.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward clients at all times.
Support and Administration:
Assist in managing client accounts, including data entry and updates in the CRM system.
Prepare and distribute client-related reports and documentation.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
Problem Resolution:
Identify and troubleshoot client issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary.
Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved satisfactorily.
Document client interactions and feedback to help improve services and processes.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Assist in client onboarding and training sessions.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving client relations processes and tools.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or Associates Degree
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
