CUSTOMER SERVICE IMMEDIATE HIRE!!

We are a management firm specializing in retail customer service, sales, retail staffing, and retail training. We do not require any prior experience, however we are not opposed to it either. We provide full hands on training and mentorship within the firm. We promote from within and value our team members based on performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
