Responsibilities: • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process Qualifications: • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real-estate experience • Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Candidate must have a successful track record of real estate sales • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000+ at plan commission
