Job Description
Identify insurance needs from clients and provide quotes via appointed carrier portals and Agency Management System
Respond and manage potential and current client’s quote requests, claims, endorsements and other post policy issuance services.
Communicate with underwriters on quotes, claims, certificates and other insurance related services
Maintain, update and create customer records in the Agency Management System and company database
Other duties as assigned by the agency manager and team supervisor
Company Description
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Personal & Commercial Insurance as producer • Property & Casualty General Lines License • Excellent computer and phone skills • Excellent time management and organizing skills • Excellent verbal and communication skills • Ability to speak in Hindi/Urdu/Nepali will be added benefit
