Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels • Purpose: To foster a love of music and help students develop their musical abilities • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their progress and growth in music education • Purpose: To encourage continuous improvement and development in musical skills • Prepare students for music events, performances, and competitions to showcase their talents • Purpose: To provide opportunities for students to gain performance experience and build confidence • Collaborate with other music teachers and staff to develop curriculum and ensure the overall success of the music program • Purpose: To create a cohesive and comprehensive music education program for students Qualifications: • The position is as a General Contractor • US Work Authorization • Teaching experience 2+ years • Education level: A Bachelor's degree or graduation from a two-year college music program is preferred but not required • Detail-oriented skills • Bilingual preferred • Musical proficiency • Your schedule is flexible (Weekdays 3pm-8pm), and will be willing to work Saturdays 8am-4pm • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle • Proficient in teaching multiple instruments • Bilingual: Spanish and English is preferred Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
