    The IT Service Coordinator is truly the “Air Traffic Controller” of our office! This person ensures that our technical teams have all the necessary information they need to perform tasks. They also act as the central hub of ticket coordination (from creation to assignment) by monitoring and distributing tickets to team members based on availability, current ticket count, and skill-set. Other duties involve scheduling technical resources, monitoring ticket escalations, managing client inventory, and triaging phone calls and outage alerts.

    This is a full time, permanent position that pays $15/hr. The schedule is Monday – Friday from 9am-6pm. 100% of this position is performed in-office (we need to see your smiling face every day).

    Our ideal IT Service Coordinator has:

    • 1-2 years of exceptional customer service experience (required)
    • 1-2 years of dispatching or call center experience (preferred)
    • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
    • The ability to learn things quickly
    • Strong organization abilities
    • High attention to detail
    • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • Excellent attendance
    • A true passion for technology and serving others

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Pre-process client service requests via phone and email, setting clear expectations for response time
    • Triage and quickly respond to outage alerts
    • Review notifications and alerts related to data backups
    • Coordinate and prioritize team members' schedules
    • Schedule internal and onsite technical resources on the ConnectWise dispatch portal
    • Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt responses to service requests
    • Keep clients informed of incident progress, impending changes, or agreed-upon outages
    • Track and maintain client inventory systems and hardware
    • Manage service ticket flow and lifecycle
